The exercises in this book create superior sexual fitness and sex appreciation in women; they increase the natural libido and are used for the prevention and cure of incontinence, pelvic floor dysfunction & pelvic organ prolapse (the bladder, bowel or uterus falling down and often out of the vagina).  These exercises have had a tremendous effect eradicating endometriosis, fibroids and haemorrhoids without the need for surgery. These disorders are at present epidemic in Western Cultures.

This book is also a compendium for women wishing to use internal weights (JADE EGGS, ben wa balls, duo balls and the like, all of which are recommended by pelvic floor physiotherapists worldwide) however a woman can achieve formidable strength and tone by performing the exercises without weights.  It was with this in mind that I structured Enchantress with the exercises at the front so that they can be mastered first in order to use the dragon pearls or other weights internally after they have been understood.  The exercises are easy and a pleasure to perform.

I am continuously dismayed that certain Asian women forced to whore for a living can lift up to 20 kilos of weight with their vaginal muscles alone and we western women, in control of our lives are wetting ourselves and have our organs falling out of our body, that is why I have bravely and passionately written this book, to alleviate the unnecessary and silent suffering of so many women of their embarrassing unspoken disorders.

I have undertaken this work with the purest and highest of intentions and what I present to you is vulgar free and untainted, enjoy!
